1)  Audio recording of lectures are provided for students who have timetable clashes and thus cannot attend lectures.
2) Recordings are in MP3 format, if you wish to download them you should right-click on the link and select "Save as" or you can listen to them with an audio player such as Windows Media Player
3) Ensure that the computer on which you are listening to the lectures is fitted with a sound card, that the volume is turned up sufficiently and that the sound card has not been muted (check the speaker symbol at the bottom right of the screen).
