| BORROWING: |
Sandy Bay Campus
Overnight
and weekend loan of most materials. A loan slip must be written
clearly and accurately by the borrower for each item (maximum
of 5 items per person).
2 hours loan of reserved items during business hours (no
overnight or weekend loan).
Loan periods can be negotiated or extended – please contact Kate
about overdue items (see contact information above).
Note – Returned materials should be placed in the Returns drop
box (under the service window of the Resource Centre office)
to ensure cancellation of loan slips.
Cradle
Coast and Newnham Campus
Items may be requested from the Resource Centre by email
or phone and will be supplied via internal mail where practical, or
by post to home addresses if necessary. Loan periods are agreed by
arrangement.
Please request a catalogue search for particular items that may be
indexed on cards (for accessions prior to 1993 - see below). Direct enquiries to Kate (see contact information above).

exist for accessions up to 2002 (Room 110). Electronic catalogues
for accessions from 1993 to the present, are available in EndNote format on H-Drive (H:\Admin\Resource Centre). |
| TEA/COFFEE
AREA: |
An indoor/outdoor
area with tea and coffee-making supplies and a microwave oven is
provided for student and staff use. There is also a display of
recently received issues of periodicals and other new items. |
