About the data
These graphs are generated from current real-time data which is collected as part of a
research project on UVB radiation. The project is under the direction of Dr Manuel Nunez,
the School of Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Tasmania.
The data is collected by Solar Light Co UV-Biometer Model 501 on the roof of
the Geography building at the Sandy Bay Campus of the University of Tasmania. This sensor
is connected to a Campbell Scientific Micrologger, which is then connected to a
PC server which is capturing the data.
